At BLUNT, we stand by the quality of our engineering and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your umbrella isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the umbrella in its original sleeve and packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit, including all original tags.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
